Bank of Guam announced the graduation of three executives from the Pacific Coast Banking School’s 2025 class, highlighting the institution’s commitment to leadership development and professional growth. The graduates are Matthew Limtiaco, senior vice president and chief technology officer; Isa Koki, vice president and controller; and John Reyes, vice president and director of business innovation.
Among the graduates, Koki earned the distinguished Kermit O. Hanson Award of Excellence, an honor presented annually for outstanding academic achievement. “We are incredibly proud of Isa, John, and Matt. Their graduation is a powerful reminder of what’s possible when talent is nurtured, when opportunity is given, and when people rise to meet the moment,” said Joaquin P. LG. Cook, president and chief executive officer of Bank of Guam.
The three-year graduate-level program prepares leaders to meet the evolving demands of the financial industry. Since 1987, 34 Bank of Guam leaders have graduated from the program, including 23 who are currently active employees, reflecting the bank’s long-term investment in professional development.
The Pacific Coast Banking School, founded in 1938 in partnership with the Foster Graduate School of Business at the University of Washington, is recognized as the nation’s premier graduate school of banking. The program has more than 12,000 alumni, many of whom serve in senior leadership roles across the financial sector.
