Attorneys Jordan Pauluhn, Thomas Fisher, and Peter Santos have all publicly confirmed their intentions to run for Attorney General of Guam in 2026.
Pauluhn is the legal counsel for Guam Memorial Hospital Authority, Fisher was a senator in the 37th Guam Legislature, and Santos is a public defender.
Current Attorney General Douglas Moylan has not yet publicly confirmed whether he will seek reelection.
