Guam’s biggest youth celebration is back and bigger than ever! The RISE Teen Expo 2025 — an event by teens, for teens — will take place on Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Agaña Shopping Center. Admission is free for all middle and high school students.
Hosted by Simon Sanchez High School DECA, Guam Community College, and Junior Achievement of Guam, the RISE Teen Expo is expected to draw more than 4,000 students from across the island. The event promotes empowerment through hands-on learning in entrepreneurship, financial literacy, career readiness, creativity, and fitness. Highlights include service learning opportunities, a college and career fair, interactive booths, live entertainment, and the Lip Dub Challenge, where schools compete for cash prizes — $1,000 for first place, $800 for second, and $500 for third. The School Spirit Challenge will award $1,000 to the school with the most attendees. The day wraps up with the Teen Sunset Camo Run, a 5K evening event where participants can enjoy face-paint camo for just $2.
“RISE gives Guam’s teens the power to lead, create, and inspire,” organizers said. “It’s more than a fair — it’s a movement for empowerment and inclusion.” With support from sponsors including the Guam Army National Guard, GTA, Bank of Guam, Coast360 FCU, and University of Guam, this year’s expo promises to be an unforgettable celebration of Guam’s future leaders.
