The 4th Annual Governor’s Holiday Light Festival Parade took place Wednesday, Dec. 17, at Skinner Plaza in Hagåtña, drawing families to the capital for an evening of holiday celebration. This year’s theme, “Håfa Adai Holidays – Christmas in Paradise,” invited the community to embrace the season in the heart of Guam’s capital city.

Now in its fourth year, the parade has become a signature event of the Leon Guerrero-Tenorio administration, transforming Hagåtña into a festive gathering space filled with lights, music and community pride. The event featured festive floats, marchers, walkers and decorated vehicles, while pop-up vendors offered holiday items and locally made goods within Skinner Plaza.
