Health and Veterans committee sets Oct. 16 hearing

This is the second notice for the Committee on Health and Veterans Affairs’ public hearing on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 9:00 AM in the Guam Congress Building in Hagåtña.

The hearing will focus on Bill No. 192-38 (COR), which proposes amendments related to the Guam Veterans Affairs Commission, including the appointment of members, duties of the Veterans Affairs Officer, and the definition of a Veteran.

Submit written testimony via email to office.senatorbri@guamlegislature.gov or in person at the Office of Senator Sabrina Salas Matanane, 163 Chalan Santo Papa Hagåtña, Guam 96910. Be sure to submit at least 48 hours before the scheduled hearing.

The hearing will be broadcast on GTA Channel 21, Docomo Channel 117, and streamed live on YouTube via Guam Legislature Media.
