Governor Lou Leon Guerrero has issued Executive Order No. 2025-08, declaring the day after Thanksgiving Day, November 28, as a government holiday.
The order was issued on Wednesday, Nov. 19, and sent to 38th Guam Legislative Speaker Frank Blas Jr. The order applies to all executive departments and agencies within the Government of Guam, though it provides discretion to agency leaders to keep certain offices or installations open and staffed "for reasons of public need."
