The Guam Department of Education launched its Academic Support Program for Instructional Remediation and Enrichment (ASPIRE) for the 2025-2026 school year on Tuesday, September 2. The program is designed to provide elementary and middle school students with expanded learning opportunities outside of regular classroom hours.
ASPIRE offers two options: Early Bird Tutoring before school, which focuses on intensive support in English Language Arts and Mathematics, and an after-school program that provides both remediation in core subjects and enrichment activities not typically offered during the day. Both programs will operate Monday through Thursday.
Parents and guardians interested in enrolling their children are encouraged to contact their child’s school directly for registration details.
