The Guam Election Commission determined the ballot placement for candidates vying for an elected office in the 2026 General Election this November.
The commission began with the legislative race with Chairman Jerry Crisostomo calling Republican candidates one-by one to draw a number sealed in a woven basket.

Only offices with more than one candidate per party were drawn, including senatorial, nonpartisan attorney general, Guam Education Board and the Consolidated Commission on Utilities.

Ballot placement drawings were not required for the gubernatorial and nonvoting delegate to Congress races because only one candidate from each party advanced through the primary election. For the gubernatorial race, Tony Ada-Edward Calvo (R) and Therese Terlaje-Sabina Perez as well as non-voting delegate to Congress candidates James Moylan (R) and Alicia Limtiaco (D) advanced in their respective races.
