Two fireworks shows are planned for Tuesday — at 7:21 p.m. in Hagåtña and 9 p.m. at Ypao Beach Park in Tumon. Satellite parking is available at no cost, with free shuttle service from Ypao Beach to the Tumon Night Market on both nights from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
GVB reminded attendees to enjoy fireworks from safe viewing locations, follow directions from public safety personnel and secure pets that may be frightened by loud noise. Families are also encouraged to check on veterans and manåmko' who may be sensitive to fireworks.
