Moylan reintroduces bill to extend SSI benefits to Guam
Congressman James Moylan has reintroduced the Supplemental Security Income Equality Act, a bipartisan effort to extend Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits to Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa.
