The Guam Police Department arrested two men on Thursday on allegations related to manslaughter, aggravated assault and assault.
Jerald Edward Santos, 32 and Jerome Edwin Santos, 30, were placed in Department of Corrections, DOC custody at 11:42, on Oct. 29. The men are identified in the same police investigation, Case No. 2026-25535, according to DOC records.
The Guam Police Department is working on issuing a statement regarding the arrests.
