The Guam Police Department arrested three men in connection with a reported burglary at local business Clutch Guam.
Police identified the suspects as Joshua James Borja, 28, of Barrigada; Stephen Joseph Latsnic, 31, of Mongmong; and Robby Sunga Calderon, 40, of Mongmong.
According to GPD, the burglary was reported May 11 by the business owner. Officers with Central Precinct Command conducted the preliminary investigation while detectives with the Criminal Investigations Division handled follow-up efforts.
Police said detectives later received information from a tipster regarding the location of items allegedly stolen during the burglary. Investigators subsequently identified Borja, Calderon and Latsnic as suspects.
Authorities said all three men were located and interviewed, during which they allegedly confessed to their involvement in the burglary. Several stolen items were recovered, according to police.
Borja was arrested on multiple charges including burglary, theft, fraudulent use of a credit card, destroying evidence and drug-related offenses.
Latsnic was arrested on charges including burglary, conspiracy, theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.
Calderon was arrested on charges including burglary, theft, conspiracy, guilt by complicity and fraudulent use of a license plate.
All three were booked and confined at the Guam Department of Corrections. Their cases have been forwarded to the Office of the Attorney General of Guam for prosecution review.
Police said the investigation remains ongoing.
