The Guam Department of Revenue and Taxation has confirmed the indefinite suspension of its online tax portals as of March 21.
“We are assessing the impact this has on our operations and the services we provide,” DRT Public Information Officer Carlina Charfauros told Guam News. “I will get back to you when I know more and have answers. Thanks for your understanding while we sort this out.”
Guam News was the first to report that the primary online filing platforms—GuamTax.com and MyGuamTax.com—are currently offline with no set date for restoration. In an official public notice, DRT confirmed that licensing and support services for both sites expired on September 30, 2025. The platforms are suspended pending a renewal with Data Management Resources, LLC which has indicated readiness to resume services once an agreement with the Government of Guam is finalized.
What this means for you
If you file or pay taxes online—including income tax, Gross Receipts Tax, or withholding—you cannot currently use these platforms. Access to past returns and payment records is also unavailable. Despite the licensing lapse occurring nearly six months ago, DRT has not yet issued guidance regarding deadline extensions or penalty waivers.

DRT is directing all inquiries to 671-635-1840 / 1841 or pinadmin@revtax.guam.gov. Residents are urged to contact DRT before upcoming deadlines to avoid penalties.
