The Department of Revenue and Taxation announced that its system has been restored and is now operational, allowing services to resume for taxpayers and consumers across the island.
According to the department, residents can once again e-file and pay Business Privilege Tax online through its website or make payments in person at Treasurer of Guam locations and DRT’s Collection Branch. Individual income tax filings and returns have also resumed, with taxpayers able to file online or in person ahead of the April 15, 2026 deadline. Officials noted they are continuing to process returns submitted before and during the system’s limited operations.
Online services for vehicle registration renewals and business license renewals are also available. The department said vehicle renewals processed as of March 20, 2026, are currently being mailed out to customers.
However, some services remain limited. DRT reported that only partial services are available for driver’s license and Guam ID transactions, with permits being issued and written tests scheduled while full restoration is still pending. All other branches are fully operational, officials said, thanking the public for their patience during the disruption.
