The Department of Public Health and Social Services will hold a Back-to-School Immunization Outreach on Saturday, Aug. 16, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., or while supplies last, at the Micronesia Mall. The line will begin at the entrance next to Denny’s.
The outreach is open to children ages 4 to 18 who are enrolled in Medicaid, MIP, or have no insurance. Routine childhood vaccinations will be administered, with the exception of the varicella (chickenpox) vaccine. TB (PPD) skin tests will not be offered at this event.
Parents and guardians are advised to bring the child’s birth certificate, current shot record, and a valid photo ID for the parent, guardian, or authorized adult. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent. If another adult is attending in place of the parent, legal documentation or written authorization from the parent is required.
