The Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS) Division of Children’s Wellness is inviting the community to celebrate the spooky season at its 4th Annual Halloween Fair on Oct. 11 at the Micronesia Mall Center Court. The event will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is free and open to the public.
The fair will feature activities for children and families, including raffle prizes, interactive stations, community activities, and live entertainment. Children ages birth to 13 are encouraged to participate in a costume contest scheduled for 12:15 p.m., with winners recognized in categories such as Most Original, Most Creative, Scariest, and Cutest. An additional winner will also be selected by an honorable guest.
“The Halloween Fair is a special tradition that brings joy to children and families while strengthening community spirit in a safe space,” said DPHSS Director Theresa C. Arriola. “We encourage everyone to join us for a day of fun, creativity, and connection.”
Organizers said the event is designed to provide families with a safe, festive celebration of Halloween.
