The Department of Public Health and Social Services invites the public to attend upcoming town hall sessions on Guam's application to provide Medicaid-funded Home and Community-Based Services, which support individuals receiving care in their homes and communities rather than institutional settings.

DPHSS said public feedback is vital in shaping the program and is hosting three sessions for residents to ask questions and share input.

The first is Wednesday, June 17, at the Agana Heights Mayor's Office from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. A second session takes place the same day at the Santa Rita Mayor's Office from 5:30 to 7 p.m. The third is Thursday, June 18, at the Dededo Mayor's Office from 5:30 to 7 p.m.

The full 1915(c) HCBS waiver application is available on the DPHSS website at dphss.guam.gov/reports-resources. Questions and comments may be submitted to publiccomment@dphss.guam.gov.
