The Department of Public Health and Social Services is calling on the public to help identify Guam residents who will reach 100 years of age in 2026 as part of Senior Citizens Month activities planned for May.
According to DPHSS, centenarians eligible for recognition are seniors who are or will be 100 years old between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2026, and whose primary residence is on Guam.
The Division of Senior Citizens will honor qualifying centenarians during the annual observance. To participate, families or caregivers must submit biographical forms and consent for release of information on behalf of the senior.
Forms are available on the DPHSS website or may be requested by email at Biba.SeniorCitizens@dphss.guam.gov.
All biographical forms must be submitted by 3 p.m. Friday, March 6.
