The Guam Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 60-year-old man last seen Saturday in Umatac.
Anthony Tyquiengco Torres, also known as “Ton” Torres, was last seen Feb. 14 at about 5:30 p.m. on San Dionisio Street, near Francisca Isejaki Lane in the Umatac area, according to police. Authorities said he was riding a black bicycle, heading toward the Umatac baseball field and Agat.
Torres is described as a Chamoru male, about 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing about 210 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt, black shorts with paint stains and a bright-colored reflective vest, and carrying a pouch-style sling bag across his chest.
Police said Torres is known to frequent areas in Merizo, including Pier, the basketball court, the Shell gas station and Tomoge Beach Store. He is described as friendly and approachable.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911 or contact the Guam Police Department Criminal Investigation Division at 671-475-8615, 8616 or 8617.
