The Guam Police Department is asking the public for help locating a man wanted in connection with an armed robbery and a separate criminal sexual conduct investigation, according to a wanted person flyer released by GPD’s Criminal Investigation Division.

Ricky Benavente Fegurgur Jr., 32, also known as Rickey Benavente Fegurgur, is wanted in connection with an armed robbery that occurred at the East Agana Mobil gas station during the early morning hours of June 24, 2026, GPD said. He is also wanted in a separate criminal sexual conduct investigation. The cases are listed under GPD case numbers 26-15460 and 26-15448, respectively.

Fegurgur is described as CHamoru, 5 feet 7 inches tall and 230 pounds, with a medium complexion, black hair and brown eyes. GPD lists him as “homeless” and says he was last seen in Sinajana, frequenting the area of Makin Court.

According to GPD, Fegurgur has a tribal-design tattoo on one arm referred to as “Bobo,” running from his elbow to wrist on his right arm, a stingray tattoo on his left leg and a tattoo reading “Benavente” on his right leg.

Police say Fegurgur is suspected to be armed with a silver-colored pistol. GPD flagged him as armed and dangerous, actively evading apprehension by police, and possibly attempting to leave Guam.

GPD is urging the public not to approach Fegurgur if he is located. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or contact a Criminal Investigation Section detective through GPD dispatch at (671) 475-8615, 8616 or 8617.

The case is being handled by Detective E.A. Barcinas of GPD’s Criminal Investigation Division, Criminal Investigation Section, Crimes Against Persons Unit, the flyer created June 24, states.
