The Guam Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division is asking for the public’s help in locating Cameron Jose Guerrero, a 33-year-old man wanted in connection with multiple incidents of motor vehicle theft in the Upper Tumon area. Guerrero, also known as “Cam,” has a history of fleeing from officers when approached.
Authorities described Guerrero as a Chamoru male, 5-foot-5 and weighing about 170 pounds, with a medium build. He has a shaved head, brown eyes, and a large tattoo on his neck. Police said he also has multiple tattoos on his arms and legs. Guerrero is considered transient, and investigators believe he has ties to several areas including Mangilao, Mongmong-Toto-Maite, Sinajana, Agana Heights, Chalan Pago, Harmon, and Dededo.
According to police, Guerrero has previously been known to carry a firearm and has a history of arrests for violent offenses. Officers are urging residents not to approach him if spotted, but instead to immediately call 911 or the Criminal Investigation Section through GPD Dispatch at (671) 475-8615/6/7.
The flyer, issued October 2, 2025, included booking photos of Guerrero from May and noted that the Criminal Investigations Division is investigating the case.
