Guam police have released a wanted poster seeking public assistance in identifying a person of interest connected to an armed robbery at the Guam Premier Outlets parking lot Friday.
The Guam Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division identified the individual as Jay Boi Elias, also known as “Jay-Boi,” in a flyer distributed to the public. Police said Elias is a person of interest in an armed robbery reported at about 3:30 p.m. on February 6, at GPO in Tamuning.
Authorities said the suspect allegedly fled the scene following the incident and is believed to have used a 2004 Mazda CX-5 sport utility vehicle bearing Guam license plate CP5833. Police described the suspect as armed and dangerous.
The flyer noted that the suspect may be staying at multiple locations in central and northern areas of Guam.
Police urged the public not to approach the suspect if located and to contact authorities immediately. Anyone with information related to the case was asked to call 911 or the Guam Police Department’s CID at 671-475-8473 or dispatch at 671-475-8615 through 8617.
The investigation remains ongoing.
