Authorities are searching for Leyton Ray Borja, 54, who is wanted for questioning about a "confiscated contraband (drug) investigation" stemming from an incident in the Sergio Cruz Street, Pagat Mangilao area on August 5.

On Nov. 18, police issued a Wanted flyer for Borja after the warrant - AW0003-25 was issued by the Superior Court of Guam. According to police Borja is also known as "Leyt" and "DukDuk" and has residential ties in Dededo, Pagat, Mangilao, Yigo, and Mongmong-Toto-Maite. He is known to frequent Bartolu Road in Dededo, Sergio Street in Pagat, Mangilao, Mesngon Street in Toto, Chalan Kebasa Street in Yigo, Duenas Road in Barrigada, the 24 Wash and Dry Laundromate in Maite and The Dome (Dededo Cockpit) and Chalan Lumasu Street also in Dededo.

He is 5'8", 220 lbs. with black eyes and shaved hair. Police say he has tattoos on the top of his head, around his neck and chest.

Police warned that Borja has a history of violence and drug offenses and fleeing from authorities. He should not be approached if seen, instead contact 911 or Guam Police Dispatch at 671-475-8615~7.
