The Guam Police Department is investigating the disappearance of a 16-year-old student from John F. Kennedy High School who was last seen on campus earlier this week.

Police confirmed the missing teen is Saraiah K. Manglona, also known as Rai. According to a flyer circulating on social media, Manglona was last seen on March 9 at the school campus.

The flyer describes her as 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing about 130 to 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a JFK High School uniform. The notice also states she has a tattoo on her right thigh that reads “Raijay Blue.”

Authorities said the case remains under active investigation and did not release additional details.

The flyer circulating online also indicates Manglona is currently under a court order and warns that anyone who “takes, entices or keeps a minor from their legal guardian” could face custodial interference charges under Guam law.

Anyone with information about Manglona’s whereabouts is asked to contact Guam Police Dispatch or submit an anonymous tip through the Guam Crime Stoppers website.
