The Guam Police Department issued a traffic advisory Monday morning informing motorists of road closures related to the investigation of the fatal auto-motorcycle crash that killed Sonny Carl Laguana Vasques on Jan. 24.
According to Police Spokesperson Norman Analista the investigation will prompt the closure of northbound and southbound lanes on Route 28 by Chalan Hachon for 30 minutes beginning at 10 a.m., Jan. 26.
Analista advised motorists to expect traffic delays and seek alternative routes.
While police have interviewed the operator of the vehicle involved, no arrests have been made. This is an ongoing investigation.
