The Trusted Traveler Program at Naval Base Guam has been suspended effective immediately, base officials announced Saturday.
During the suspension, 100% identification checks will be conducted at all entry control points. Individuals without a Department of Defense-issued ID card or valid base access credential must obtain a visitor’s pass from the Naval Base Guam Visitor Control Center during business hours.
The Visitor Control Center is located at 1657-B Apra Harbor and is open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. The office closes from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for lunch and at 3 p.m. on Wednesdays for training.
For house guest pass services only through the weekend, individuals may call 671-333-7326.
Base officials said delays are expected at all gates.
“The safety and security of the installation and its personnel remain our top priority,” the notice states.
