McDonald’s of Guam, in partnership with the Guam Department of Labor, will host a one-day job fair on Saturday, Aug. 23, at its Harmon location from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event will take place on the second floor of the restaurant and will feature on-site interviews for qualified candidates.
The company is hiring for a variety of positions, including entry-level, middle management and upper management roles such as general manager.
“We’re looking for individuals who want more than just a job—they want a career,” said McDonald’s of Guam Vice President and Owner/Operator Joe Ayuyu, Jr.
McDonald’s is also expanding its workforce to include a facilities and maintenance team, with openings for general building maintenance, HVAC and electrical specialists to support its long-term growth strategy.
“We’re proud to support one of Guam’s largest private-sector employers in connecting local jobseekers to meaningful career pathways,” Guam Department of Labor Director David Dell’Isola said. “From entry-level to upper management, these roles offer real opportunities for growth and long-term success.”
Applicants are encouraged to bring a valid photo ID and résumé and be prepared for possible same-day interviews.
