A man who allegedly sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl he met on Snapchat has been charged in the Guam Superior Court with possessing child pornography, enticing a minor, and multiple counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct.
The charges were filed after the minor reported the allegations to Guam Police on Aug. 17, explaining that Scott Robert Santos told her he was 23 years old when they met online and she told him she was 15.
The affidavit of probable cause said the two met up in-person on Aug. 17 at a bus stop in Agana Heights, where she then followed Santos to another structure where the sexual assaults took place.
The teen despite being "nervous" complied with Santos and allegedly engaged in sexual acts which were recorded by the defendant. Police reports state that Santos claimed the minor was 16 and allegedly admitted to recording sexual acts.
