The Guam Police Department responded to a reported burglary at an apartment in Tamuning on November 3, according to a magistrate’s complaint filed with the Superior Court of Guam in Hagatna.
Shortly after arriving, GPD observed 23-year-old Parvin Spiroy exiting the unit. Officers instructed him to raise his hands and lie on the ground; he was carrying a tote bag at the time. After securing Spiroy, GPD entered the unit and located 22-year-old Geo Ezra inside.
Court documents indicate that numerous stolen items were recovered from both Spiroy and Ezra. Officers discovered signs of forced entry, noting that the bathroom window was open and cracked. Suspected blood was visible on the glass panel, and the window screen frame had been cut and damaged.
Both individuals have been charged with burglary as a second-degree felony.
This is not Spiroy’s first interaction with law enforcement. In May 2024, he was reportedly involved in a road rage incident in Sinajana where he and three other men allegedly struck a vehicle multiple times, resulting in a victim sustaining a machete wound.
Ezra also has a history with law enforcement, including prior accusations related to drunk driving and stabbing incidents.
