Guam Police have arrested a man accused of a series of burglaries and thefts across northern Guam, including break-ins at a Harmon warehouse and a Tamuning spa. The suspect, identified as Neison Rawin, was taken into custody on Oct. 16 following an investigation that connected him to multiple theft reports, according to an affidavit filed by Assistant Attorney General Aaron M. Boyce.
The case began on Oct. 8 when officers responded to a burglary at UNK Warehouse and Wholesale in Harmon. Investigators said the front metal door had been pried open and about $200 in cash and several car key fobs were stolen. A week later, on Oct. 15, employees reported a stolen company vehicle — a white 2018 Ford Transit van. Police later recovered the van, where they found spa coupons belonging to “You 1 Spa,” a Tamuning business that had also been burglarized.
On Oct. 16, police responded to the spa after employees discovered the backdoor had been kicked in and the reception area ransacked. That same day, officers located the stolen van near Maria Ulloa Elementary School in Dededo and found Rawin nearby. After being read his Miranda rights, he reportedly admitted to stealing a five-gallon gas container from a residence earlier that day.
Rawin is charged with two counts of burglary, theft of a motor vehicle, criminal mischief, and theft of property. The offenses range from petty misdemeanors to second-degree felonies under Guam law. The investigation linked the incidents through recovered evidence, including stolen items and matching reports from multiple victims. He was held on $2,000 cash bail.
