The Guam Department of Labor (GDOL) has announced the launch of a 30-day Customer Satisfaction Survey aimed at improving services at the American Job Center (AJC). The survey launched August 1, will collect feedback from clients to assess service quality, accessibility, and overall effectiveness in meeting workforce development needs.

“The Department is always looking for ways to enhance and improve its services, and identify areas for growth to better support clients and expand its reach to a wider range of people through the American Job Center,” said GDOL Director David Dell’Isola. Clients can complete the short survey online, while physical copies and in-person assistance will be available for those without internet access.

The initiative is part of GDOL’s broader strategy to strengthen service delivery and accountability, developed through its participation in an Evaluation Peer Learning Cohort Training. The training emphasized using data to improve program outcomes for both job seekers and employers. The department also regularly issues satisfaction surveys to help refine its services.

Eligible clients aged 18 and over who have received AJC services are encouraged to participate. The survey link is available at dol.guam.gov, and a QR code will be displayed at the AJC. Clients needing assistance due to mobility or accessibility issues can contact the center to make special arrangements.
