Supporters gathered by the hundreds to celebrate the opening of a new campaign headquarters for gubernatorial candidates Josh Tenorio and Tina Muña-Barnes, an event organizers said drew more than 1,000 people and filled a city block outside the facility.

The opening followed a blessing led by CHamoru cultural practitioners along with Archbishop Ryan Jimenez and Father Jojo Anore, marking what campaign officials described as a milestone moment for the ticket.

“The energy is through the roof, and the message is loud and clear: Guam is ready to welcome a new era, leading with action that is thoughtful and progressive,” Tenorio said. “And for this team, listening to our people before we act is key. With the help of our headquarters, we can move to that bright future together through meaningful conversations and productive debate.”

Organizers said the headquarters will host meetings with village organizations, training sessions, voter registration efforts and outreach initiatives focused on underserved communities.

Muña-Barnes said the space is meant to bring residents together and strengthen community ties. “Guam is a community of families — by blood and by choice. I’m excited to welcome our brothers and sisters from around the island and across the Blue Continent to our Tenorio Muña-Barnes family, especially now that we can host them with the hospitality and love that makes our island so great,” she said.

Campaign officials said the headquarters will serve as a central hub for engagement as the team expands outreach efforts across the island.
