BREAKING: Guam’s Online Tax Portals Suspended Indefinitely
Guam’s primary online tax filing platforms — GuamTax.com and MyGuamTax.com — are currently offline, and there is no set date for their return.
In an official public notice dated March 21, 2026, the Guam Department of Revenue and Taxation (DRT) confirmed that “licensing and support services for GuamTax.com and MyGuamTax.com expired on September 30, 2025, at the end of Fiscal Year 2025.” Both sites have since been suspended pending a licensing renewal.
The notice identifies Data Management Resources, LLC (DMR) as the owner of the proprietary software that runs Guam’s government tax systems. According to the notice, DMR is “prepared to promptly resume all licensing and services upon mutual agreement” — meaning a deal between DMR and the Government of Guam has not yet been finalized.
What this means for you
If you file or pay your taxes online — including income taxes, Gross Receipts Tax, or withholding — you currently cannot do so through these platforms. Taxpayers who need access to past returns or payment records will also find those unavailable until the portals are restored.
Of particular concern: the licensing lapse has been in effect since September 30, 2025 — nearly six months ago. It is unclear what options were made available to taxpayers in the months since, and DRT has not yet issued guidance on any deadline extensions or penalty waivers related to the outage.
