The Guam Memorial Hospital Authority (GMHA) has officially opened its nationwide search for a new Chief Executive Officer and Hospital Administrator as current CEO Lillian Perez-Posadas prepares to retire as early as January 2026. The announcement signals a major leadership transition at the island’s only public hospital.
To oversee the process, the GMHA Board of Trustees has formed a five-member search committee composed of Board Chair Sharon Davis, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Ricardo Eusebio, HR Subcommittee Chair Suzanne Lobaton, newly appointed Trustee Melanie Mendiola, and Personnel Services Administrator Jesse Quenga.
The hospital is recruiting nationally in an effort to attract top-tier candidates with the expertise and vision to guide GMHA through its next chapter. This is a critical moment for the future of healthcare in Guam.
