The Guam Police Department, Guam Fire Department and the Guam Power Authority responded early Monday morning to Jose S.N. Santos St. on Rte. 17, Santa Rita for an apparent "down" power line.
Guam Police issued a traffic advisory saying delays would result as both north and southbound lanes were closed as of 3 a.m. as officials address the situation.
The duration of the road closure was not provided, however, GPD encouraged motorists to seek alternative routes.
