The Guam Police Department is on scene in Tamuning where an auto-scooter crash was reported early Sunday morning. Police said the crash which occurred at 3: 20 a.m., prompted the closure of Southbound lanes from Route 4, by Hornet Sporting Goods to Route 1. The roads remain closed as of 6:46 a.m.
"In addition to this, Northbound and Southbound lanes from Baltej Pavillion to Hornet are now closed. Please expect traffic delays and plan for alternative routes," GPD said in an update.
