The Guam Police Department (GPD) has arrested P. Last Ilaiso, 33, of Dededo, on multiple felony and misdemeanor charges following a robbery reported over the weekend in the Harmon Industrial Park area.
According to police, the incident occurred at around 6:47 a.m. on March 28, when a male suspect—later identified as Ilaiso—was caught on video allegedly entering another man’s vehicle. Investigators say the victim attempted to intervene but was pushed to the ground, sustaining minor injuries, as the suspect fled the scene in the stolen vehicle.
GPD appealed to the public for information through social media, and by 5:20 p.m., the same day officers received a tip that led them back to Harmon Industrial Park. Units from the Dededo and Tumon-Tamuning Precinct Commands located Ilaiso and took him into custody without incident. The stolen vehicle was also recovered.
Ilaiso faces an extensive list of charges, including:
Robbery (1st Degree – Inflict or Attempt to Inflict Bodily Injury)
Aggravated Assault (3rd Degree Felony)
Motor Vehicle Theft (3 Counts)
Theft of Property (2 Counts)
Burglary (Forced and Non-Forced Entry – Residence)
Guilt by Complicity
Conspiracy (2 Counts)
Criminal Mischief (Over $500 – 3rd Degree Felony)
Resisting Arrest (Misdemeanor)
Eluding a Police Officer
Fraudulent Use of License Plate
Police confirmed Ilaiso is also a suspect in other ongoing criminal investigations. He was processed, booked, and confined at the Department of Corrections, and the case has been forwarded to the Office of the Attorney General for prosecution review.
