Debris is blocking multiple lanes in both directions on Route 1 early Wednesday morning near Vince Jewelers in East Hagåtña, according to a Guam Police Department traffic advisory issued at 4:20 a.m.
Police said northbound and southbound traffic is being affected, and officers are currently on the scene working to assess and clear the obstruction. Motorists are urged to expect delays and use alternate routes until the roadway is fully reopened.
