The Department of Public Health and Social Services announced that Guam’s Community Health Centers (CHC) have welcomed Dr. Christopher Bieling, a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist, to expand access to women’s health services across the island.

Dr. Bieling, a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG), will provide care at both the Northern and Southern Region Community Health Centers. His work will include high-risk obstetrics and mentoring CHC providers in colposcopy procedures—part of the department’s ongoing effort to strengthen women’s health care in Guam.

Dr. Bieling received his medical degree from the University of Hamburg School of Medicine, completed his residency at the University of Louisville School of Medicine, and pursued a fellowship in gynecologic oncology at Emory University. His professional experience includes leadership roles in private practice, women’s wellness, and most recently, service at the Commonwealth Health Center in the Northern Mariana Islands.

Appointments with Dr. Bieling are now available at both CHC locations. Patients may contact the Northern Region CHC at (671) 635-7412 or the Southern Region CHC at (671) 828-7623 for more information.
